Dry Creek Staff
Joanna Goldin, PT – Physical Therapist & President of Sport and Spine
Joanna is the owner of Sport and Spine Physical Therapy. She graduated from Physical Therapy school in London, England in 1983. Since that time, she has specialized in the treatment of orthopedic patients and has worked in England, Australia and the United States. Joanna has been practicing in Denver since 1992. She has been a lecturer to other physical therapists in both the US and England. She has also been a guest lecturer at conferences of the American Physical Therapy Association. In 2007, Joanna accepted a position with the Sony Ericsson WTA women’s professional tennis tour as a Physical Therapist and is traveling around the world to different WTA events. In addition to Physical Therapy, Joanna loves to play tennis, travel, ski, and enjoys family time.
Michelle Landow, MSPT – Physical Therapist
Michelle received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology with an emphasis in Psychology at the University of Northern Colorado. She graduated from Regis University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998. Since then, she has gained a strong background in spinal stabilization, sports injury rehabilitation and treatment of headaches utilizing manual therapy techniques. Michelle has a passion for helping patients in pain reach their goals and lead a more fulfilling lifestyle. She has a strong interest in working with older adults and developing exercise programs around physical activity and aging. In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time in the Colorado outdoors with her family.
Keri Maywhort, MPT – Physical Therapist
Keri received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1998 from Mount Saint Mary’s College in Los Angeles. Since that time she has specialized in manual treatment of spine dysfunctions and musculoskeletal conditions. She has worked in continuing education in the United States and abroad helping to teach other physical therapists the manual techniques for treatment of the spine. Since 2006 she has been involved with instruction of trigger point dry needling. Keri also received her Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certifications. She and her family enjoy all that the Colorado mountains have to offer including skiing, hiking and mountain biking.
Denise VanEpps, MSPT – Physical Therapist
Denise graduated from American International College in 2000 with her Master of Physical Therapy degree and also has a Master’s degree in Health & Exercise Science from Syracuse University. She has completed extensive continuing education in the areas of manual therapy for the spine and extremities, advanced knee and shoulder rehabilitation, foot and ankle biomechanics and the treatment of headaches. In 2009, she took additional course work to add Trigger Point Dry Needling to her practice. Further, Denise integrates her background in motor control and stability training with her certificates in the Functional Movement Screening as well as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment to provide optimal outcomes for her patients. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, yoga, gardening, photography and spending time with her husband and two Labradors.
Kristen Robles, PT – Physical Therapist
Kristen graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. After graduating, she moved to Colorado and has been working in orthopedics since then. She is committed to furthering her knowledge through continuing education and has taken many courses in the areas of manual therapy for the spine and extremities, shoulder rehabilitation, and foot and ankle biomechanics. Kristen has a passion for patient care. She promotes education, exercise and manual therapy to restore optimal function and to reach patient goals. In her free time she enjoys the Colorado outdoors and spending time with her family.
Robbin Delva, PT – Physical Therapist & Pilates Supervisor
Robbin graduated from the University of Colorado Physical Therapy program in 1979 and has been practicing physical therapy for over 25 years. She worked in the Neurological Rehabilitation Department at Craig Hospital. Then practiced home health physical therapy with senior citizens helping them maximize their potential for functional and recreational activities. After receiving her Polestar Rehabilitation Method of Pilates Certificate, Robbin joined Sport and Spine in March 2000. She started the Pilates program and presently supervises the program. Robbin has extensive training in manual therapy and combines it with Pilates to rehabilitate patients. Recently, she added a Functional Screening Movement Assessment Certification to her diverse treatment program. She also specializes in patients with scoliosis and evaluating patients for orthotics. Robbin enjoys water-skiing, skiing, inline skating, yoga and reading.
Michéle Cherry, PT – Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Michéle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in New York. She moved from Ithaca in 1990 to southern California where she practiced Physical Therapy for 5 years at an out patient orthopedic practice. On moving to Colorado, she expanded her manual therapy techniques under the guidance of her supervisor, Joanna Goldin. Currently, Michéle has been focusing on combining Pilates through Physical Mind. Her own interests include tennis, climbing, and hiking with her dog Taos.
Carolyn Sink, MSPT Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor
Carolyn received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2000 from Texas Woman’s University in Dallas. She practiced in orthopedics for 11 years in Nevada before relocating to Colorado in 2012. In addition, she received her Pilates training through Body Arts and Sciences (BASI) and has been utilizing Pilates principles combined with Physical Therapy since 2007. Carolyn is currently furthering her education with the Manual Therapy Institute’s residency program. Carolyn enjoys reading, practices Pilates, and likes to travel.
Mary Banerjee – Pilates Instructor
Mary is trained in the Polestar method of Pilates and is on her sixth year of studying classical Pilates. She is a believer in continuing education and loves to attend physical therapy seminars and study other movement therapies. Mary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Rochester and worked as a molecular biologist for 15 years. She discovered Pilates after a shoulder injury sent her searching for a method of exercise that could isolate and strengthen individual muscles without stress to the joints. Mary enjoys collaborating with the physical therapists to create individualized exercise programs that help each client achieve the highest level of function and fitness possible.
Mary Sundland, RN, CES, CLT – Cancer and Medical Fitness Specialist
Mary is a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience in intensive care and then became the Wellness Director at the Cancer FitSpa where along with oncologists and plastic surgeons she developed protocols for the safe and effective care of individuals moving through cancer. Along with her nursing degree, she holds a B.A. in Exercise Science from Metropolitan State College in Denver. She has a post-rehabilitation specialist certification from the American Academy of Health and Fitness Professionals, a Cancer and Exercise Specialist certification through the Rocky Mountain Cancer Rehabilitation Institute at the University of Northern Colorado as well as a certification in Lymphedema Therapy (Földi Method) through Klöse Training. Recently, Mary received her Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) certifications. Mary enjoys reading, biking, playing tennis and traveling.

Michelle Wulf, MPT, CSCS – Physical Therapist
Michelle received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercises and Sport Science with an emphasis in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University . After graduation, she received an Applied Associate’s degree as a physical therapist’s assistant and practiced as a PTA for a year before returning to school. She received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Nebraska in 2003. Her specialties include orthopedic injuries, post surgical rehabilitation, spinal dysfunctions and sports related injuries. She has continued her education focusing on manual therapy and neurological muscular recruitment. In her free time, Michelle enjoys mountain biking, running, skiing, reading and hiking.
Tara Ewald, MSPT – Physical Therapist
Tara received her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College in 1995. She has worked in Virginia and California in an acute hospital setting and then as a clinical coordinator of an outpatient facility. Upon her arrival to Colorado, she worked at Denver International Airport treating acute on-the-job injuries, working on pre and post surgical orthopedic injuries and being highly involved in ergonomic and body mechanic training. She also worked at a privately-owned, outpatient clinic in Parker. Tara attends continuing education classes to improve her manual therapy skills and to learn the latest in rehabilitation. She specializes in treating lumbar dysfunctions as well as knee and shoulder rehabilitation. Her primary goal is to return her patients to their highest level of function and to educate her patients on re-injury prevention. Outside of the clinic, Tara enjoys time with her family – skiing, hiking, camping, off-roading and running.
Littleton Staff
Shawna Jamison, MPT – Physical Therapist
Shawna completed her Master of Physical Therapy at Northwestern University in 1995. Since then she has enjoyed practicing and enhancing her skills in manual therapy. While experienced and effective at the treatment of the spine and extremities including the sports injured population, Shawna specializes in the treatment of the foot and ankle, including biomechanical analysis and orthotic intervention. This includes education and training for sports teams in injury prevention, especially females and knee injury prevention. Additionally, she recently incorporated Dry Needling into her practice and has been very pleased with the outcomes this new tool has provided her patients. Shawna is also the proud mother of four children.
Susie Finley, MPT – Physical Therapist
Susie completed her undergraduate work at California State University at Fullerton and Brenau College in Gainesville, Georgia where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1978. She then took some time-off from school to play water polo and traveled with the Women’s National Water Polo Team from 1978 to 1988. In 1987, Susie received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Chapman College and since then has specialized in the treatment of orthopedic patients and rehabilitation from sports injuries. She now lives in Littleton with her husband and twins. In her leisure time, she still enjoys swimming as well as gardening and watching sports.
