Strong To The Bone
Strong to the Bone is a prevention program for patients diagnosed with osteoporosis and osteopenia. Since osteoporosis is a disease in which the bones become less dense, lose strength are more likely to break, this fitness program teaches you strengthening and resistance exercises to increase bone mass, and strengthen bone supporting muscles to help prevent pain and fractures.

About Our Strong To The Bone Program
This personalized program is divided into four sessions and involves:
- An interpretation of your bone density score and a complete evaluation of your body mechanics, strength, functional ability, balance and posture
- Setting personal goals and objectives
- Closely supervised exercises and education to teach you a safe exercise program that you can do either at home or at the gym (patients presenting more severe osteoporosis or other complications may be referred to Physical Therapy before starting the program)
- Review and evaluation of your progress
- Education, resources and FREE seminars
Upon completion of the program, you can opt to transition into a home exercise program, work with our personal trainer to establish a safe gym routine or join one of our Pilates or Yoga classes taught by our highly skilled professionals.
