Fitness Classes

Sport and Spine Physical Therapy ClassesOur fitness classes are taught by licensed Physical Therapists or certified Yoga and Pilates instructors so you can work-out in a safe and friendly environment. Classes are kept small so that instructors can supervise the students individually.

Pilates Classes

Our Pilates classes help you maintain a proper body alignment as well as retrain weak and dysfunctional muscles to stay injury-free. Pilates-based exercises improve stabilization and increase flexibility in the spine, shoulders, hips and knees to establish strong proper postural alignment.

Yoga Classes

Yoga is excellent for developing strength, balance and flexibility. Our Yoga classes are taught by experienced Yoga instructors who understand the body and will modify poses for your needs. We keep these classes small to offer better expertise and supervision.

Personal Training

Learn from our certified personal trainers the proper weight, resistance and cardio work-outs for your personal needs. You will receive valuable knowledge and a detailed exercise program that you can incorporate into your gym or home exercise routine. As with all Sport and Spine maintenance programs, this allows you to exercise in a safe, friendly and supportive environment.
